Question by Mark G: Can i make a whiplash claim even know i only have 3rd party, fire and theft insurance?
the person in front of me slammed on her breaks at a yellow light but i believe this still counts as my fault in the eyes of the law, however i believe i have whiplash as im in allot of pain and cannot turn left.

I have not dealt with anything like this before but whiplash cannot be proven so even if you could file you probably would not get much.
