Does anyone know which company offers cheap flood insurance in Massachusetts?

And is it true that flood insurance companies all offer the same rate? I tried searching for this information on google, but nothing really helps. If anyone knows, I really appreciate your answer. Thanks.

Yes, they all charge the same rate, because the insurance is provided by the National Flood Insurance Program, handled by the federal government. The rates are fixed by the government, and the agent who handles the policy simply gets a commission for doing so.
Flood rates are set by FEMA – so there’s no “cheaper” unless you talk about different coverages.
