Question by Jennasi: how can i get proof of texas auto insurance in 2007 from a company that has closed down?
i need to dismiss a “no insurance” ticket in texas court. i believe i had insurance at the time from a company that has since closed down. how can i find out who i had insurance with on a specific date without going through cancelled checks from the bank? most of the time i paid cash in person so the bank might not even be able to help. second, if it was in fact from the closed company, is it possible to get proof somehow?
