Question by biggie: If a home is damaged in a fire does the renter receive anything from the homeowners insurance?
If a person is renting a home, and that home catches on fire and the renters belongings are damaged and/or destroyed in the fire, will the renter receive any compensation from the home owners house insurance policy?

No. You have to have your own renters insurance to cover your belongings and a place to live.
