Ok so my house was on fire and the insurance was suppose to pay al the damages and now they have said they can’t pay everything they even refuse to pay my husbands medical bills because his hand was burned badly, I don’t know what I should do,any ideas?Thanx in advance!

If you had replacement value insurance on your house, it should pay enough to have it rebuilt to today’s building code in your area. Depending on your coverage, it could also pay for housing until the rebuilding is complete. Your husband’s hand is not part of the house, but part of his body, so your medical insurance covers his injury. If you had no medical insurance, appeal to your hospital for a reduction in billing.
