North state residents question fire insurance rate hike

Fourmile Fire Insurance Claims Reach 7 Million, Making Blaze Most Costly In State History
What’s Your Reaction? Victims of the Fourmile Fire — which destroyed 169 homes in Boulder County — have filed insurance claims worth $ 217 million, making it the most expensive wildfire in Colorado history, according to the Rocky Mountain Insurance Information Association.
