Depends where you are located. In low areas of risk, but located in a Flood zone, the average is around $300 per year, just check with your home owners insurance company who will be covering your required fire insurance.
i just had to do a loan for someone with flood insurance, it was actually pretty cheap, like 100 bucks a year. somewhere in that ball park.
